Ayurveda Day
Ayurveda Day is an annual occasion dedicated to promoting awareness about Ayurveda, India’s traditional system of medicine and holistic health. It highlights the importance of healthy living, preventive healthcare, natural healing practices, and the preservation of traditional knowledge.
An Ayurveda Day Exhibition was organized at Carmel Convent School, Thadiyoor, on 23 September 2026 to create awareness among students about the importance of Ayurveda and its role in promoting healthy living.
The exhibition showcased various aspects of Ayurveda, including medicinal plants, traditional remedies, Ayurvedic treatments, healthy food habits, and the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Students actively participated by preparing informative charts, models, displays, and presentations related to Ayurveda.
The exhibition provided an opportunity for students to learn about the rich heritage of Ayurveda and understand the value of natural resources and traditional knowledge.
